At QDOBA, we play an important role in serving our communities, including providing access to freshly prepared food during challenging times. We are working hard to be an available food option for you, while protecting the health and safety of our employees and our guests. As such, we have made the decision to move to limited-contact ordering.

Effective immediately, we will transition to “to-go only” and will temporarily suspend our dine-in services across all QDOBA locations. To state it simply, we are serving, just not seating. We will continue to provide delivery service in areas where offered. While this is not required by all jurisdictions, this is the appropriate action to take to preserve the health of our employees and our communities.

To make this transition easier, we’d like to point out the various ways in which you can order QDOBA:

• Order online at QDOBA.com or via the QDOBA app for quick and easy ordering available for pick-up across all locations.

• Visit our third-party delivery providers, including DoorDash and UberEats, for delivery options at participating restaurants.

• Where jurisdictions allow, visit any QDOBA to place your order in-person to take your food to-go.

As we manage through these uncharted times, our restaurant employees will continue to provide the best experience possible for you, whether you’re grabbing dinner for your family or a quick bite for yourself.

Thank you for your continued patronage of QDOBA in support of our brand and restaurant employees. We will keep you updated on any additional changes.

Sincerely,

Keith Guilbault

To our valued QDOBA guests:

As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, I wanted to share the actions we are taking at QDOBA to maintain a safe and clean environment for you, our employees, and the communities we serve.

In addition to our strong cleaning and safety practices, we are:

• Increasing the frequency of daily cleaning and disinfectant procedures, as well as increasing the frequency of our already strict hand-washing policy

• Removing shared condiments, including hot sauce and citrus slices, from our restaurants

• Providing paid sick leave to all employees diagnosed with COVID-19 at Company-operated locations

We are proactively monitoring the situation and leveraging information provided by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization and state and local officials to ensure that we are following the best guidelines. The situation is fluid and we will remain flexible in our approach to ensure that we are providing the necessary protection for our employees and guests.

In addition to placing an order in our restaurants, I’d like to encourage you to order online through QDOBA.com or through our QDOBA app, which eliminates the need for our cashiers to handle credit cards or cash. When ordering online, you can easily pick-up and enjoy our food anywhere, including our dining room.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult situation, and for being a loyal guest.
